ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถติดต่อบริษัทเพื่อขอแก้ไข ตรวจสอบ หรือลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของตนได้ โดยข้อมูลบางประเภท เช่น ประวัติการใช้บริการ ข้อมูลการชำระเงิน หรือข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการให้บริการลูกค้า อาจไม่สามารถแก้ไขหรือลบได้ เนื่องจากข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย หรือวัตถุประสงค์ด้านบัญชีและความปลอดภัยของระบบ
